Hello everyone! I am Balqish Ar-Roffiah Su'ut, a graduate of S2 Educational Management UNY. Completing my studies at UNY was the main foundation for my career; This program equipped me with leadership knowledge, innovative school management strategies, and highly applicable policy analysis skills, far beyond mere theory. Thanks to the relevant curriculum and competent teaching, I am now trusted to be the Principal of one of the private kindergartens in Batam, where I have successfully implemented real innovations in governance, curriculum development, and improved the quality of educators. The in-depth knowledge from UNY enables me to become a visionary leader who can create positive change and make a meaningful contribution to the advancement of education. This success demonstrates that the right education from S2 Educational Management UNY is a valuable asset for achieving success in the world of education.
Introduction, I am S. Nudia Mastur, an Alumnus of S2 Educational Management at Yogyakarta State University (UNY). I am very grateful to have studied here, because the knowledge and experience I gained really became the catalyst for my career success. Graduating in 2024, I managed to pass the national selection for CPNS Lecturers at the State University of Jakarta (UNJ). This success cannot be separated from the scientific knowledge I have gained, especially the in-depth understanding of Education Management and mastery of various tools and methodologies that have made it very easy for me when preparing and presenting the selection materials. I was able to pass the entire series of selections with very satisfactory results, even thanks to the maturity of writing articles that I honed during S2, which is a crucial skill for an academic. In addition to academic excellence, I also appreciate the systematic support from the UNY Educational Management S2 Study Program, starting from clear administrative management, access to Scopus articles that facilitate research, to friendly lecturers who are very supportive of student development. Now, with the principle of scientific innovation, I implement and teach all these provisions to my students at UNJ. I am proud to be part of UNY and hope to continue to contribute to educating the nation's youth.
Haiii! I am Fajar Agung Pangestu, an alumnus and the best graduate of S2 Educational Management at Yogyakarta State University (UNY) 2023. Studying at UNY gave me more than just knowledge; there I found inspiration, a network, and enthusiasm to contribute to the world of education. During my time as a student, I was active in the UNY Master’s and Doctoral Student Family (KMMD), which enriched my leadership experience and expanded my cross-disciplinary academic network. I also had the opportunity to conduct research with lecturers and be involved in the preparation for the accreditation of the UNY S1 Education Management Study Program in 2022, an experience that opened my insight into the quality management of higher education directly.
Now, I have a career as a lecturer at the University of Bangka Belitung (UBB), teaching and guiding students so that they are ready to become a generation of creative learners with integrity. I believe that UNY has been the best starting point for my journey in the academic world. The experience during my studies shaped me to think critically, adapt to change, and apply leadership values in every professional step. I learned a lot that education management is not just about theory, but also about how to create an inspiring learning environment that has a real impact on society. Through my role as a lecturer, I want to continue the spirit when studying in the UNY Educational Management S2 study program in producing educators who are superior, competitive, and characterful.
